Recently, at Shanxi LanHua New Materials Branch, the overhaul project for the hydrogen peroxide plant’s all‑acid process has successfully completed the hoisting and dismantling of the core equipment—the oxidation tower—and the demolition of the existing unit is now fully finished. This upgrade transforms the hydrogen peroxide production process from the anthraquinone‑based fixed‑bed alternating acid–alkali method to an all‑acid fixed‑bed process. The process package for this project was supplied by our company. With the dismantling of the original unit now complete, favorable conditions have been established for the subsequent delivery and installation of the new process equipment. The steady progress of this project will lay a solid foundation for upgrading your company’s hydrogen peroxide production technology.
