Recently, our company successfully completed the installation and commissioning of the hydrogen peroxide extraction tower upgrade project at Workshop No. 2 of Zhejiang Jinke Daily Chemical New Materials Co., Ltd., achieving a successful first‑time startup with performance significantly improved over the pre‑upgrade baseline. Based on actual operating data, this retrofit has delivered substantial results, with core production metrics simultaneously optimized and enhanced. On one hand, the unit’s material separation efficiency has increased markedly, and the residual liquid now contains substantially lower levels of hydrogen peroxide compared to before the upgrade, effectively reducing raw material losses and significantly easing downstream processing loads, thereby supporting the company’s green, low‑carbon production.
